Just to update this - the Kona arrived today - it actually has 165mm cranks and 40cm handlebars, so full marks to Kona and Wiggle. Just need it to stop raining now so I can take it for a proper test ride

I have small hands and the best STIs are Sora. Not blingy but comfortable. Having said that I'm a bit of a tart - style before function and all that - and have campag.

WSD bikes really work for people under 5'2" - I'm 5'5" with 30" inside leg.

Also if you want custom why not try Hewitt - they are affordable on bike to work.
