I know that roundabout well and its regularly used by people like him that ignore the road markings until it's too late. One should never pull along side a large vehicle on the move unless your exit is clear, and you can progress the manoeuver immediately - even specials are taught that. If one values one's own safety one does not simply dawdle alongside an HGV and ignore the road markings, then phone phone th local rag who will also be oblivious to their stupidity.

Unfortunately, the Northampton Chiprapper and Error don't bother with journalism and simply regurgitate anything that's brought to them without question. Probably why they've gone from daily to weekly editions.

The car driver was obviously driving badly, but the HGV driver deliberately rammed the car driver, and you think the HGV driver should suffer no sanction for that?

Number one's quite ironic - 'crash for cash'. Who's protecting us from the danger of 'muppet-driving for free PR'?

Let's not forget that in the middle of all this is a guy who has form for driving dangerously on motorways to publicise his company. Anyone who does that isn't just endangering themselves; they're endangering innocent bystanders. This guy shouldn't be receiving apologies from the police - he should be receiving summonses.
