They appear to be an air freight outfit. From my own experience of driving for another air freight specialist, the management are more interested in time critical collections and deliveries than anything else. They might pay lip service to your complaint but don't expect much more. Sadly it is just the way things are in air freight land. Freight has a flight to catch and God help the driver if it's late.
