Super easy! Just follow the arrows for the direction on or off. The hardest part is not over tightening the preload cap on the crank arm.

Remember which side the spacers fit if you have any. It's easy if you have the correct tool. The park one is good best cause it has the preload cap adjuster on it as well as the bb tool.
