Worth noting here that the estimated cost of house rebuild (if asked) should be increased in line with inflation. I.e don't just keep it at the price you bought it for, as costs rise every year

Houses should be insured at the calculated rebuild cost and not include the cost of the land. The rebuild cost may be less than the ex' land price especially if the purchase was not long ago.
