Condensed milk and evaporated milk at a ratio of 2 to 1, not sure which way off the top of my head.
Camp liquid coffee and whisky to taste.
Add glycerin if you intend to keep it more than a few days.

Tub of fresh double cream, tin of evaporated milk, tespoon of instant expresso powder, slug of baileys to taste, whick for about 5 mins until thickens, spoon into a tub and freeze. Lush! Thanks Nigella.

PS have also tried it with lemon joice, zest and limencello insterd of coffee and Bailleys. Also lush.

Baileys works quite well in place of cream on peaches....
