Since my op almost 2 months now, I can barely make it uphill. My knee pops out of place and the pain is simply horrible.
I'm following the program set by my physiotherapist religiously but it's not improving one iota.
I may try a knee brace/support.

My knees have been fine ever since I took up cycling - before that, they used to be pretty dodgy and painful.

Only problem now is my back. Keep it in one position too long and it seems to seize up - that means just standing or walking about for too long, or cycling for too long. Sometimes it's worse, sometimes it's not too bad. But it's agony when you feel it start to go and you can't move to ease it off.

Yep - we're a right bunch of ricketty old crocks on here

Knees are fine here. My left wrist & elbow are a different story however & the right ankle is a little dodgy but thankfully cycling only serves to strengthen it
