I have an old fsnet (ancient freeserve) email account and I want to change the password. I have a feeling it is now owned by ee (via Orange) but I just can't figure out how to log onto an account to service it?

Go to log on and mark forgot password. Have the temporary access one sent to your mobile, or other email address.

I think that disappointment beckons. From the EE community board:

You can continue to use the Fresserve/Orange POP3 servers to receive emails via any ISP but you may not be able to use their SMTP servers. Many ISPs, incl. Orange, block you from using other ISPs' SMTP servers.
You need to use your new ISP's servers. Ask them or look it up on their website.
Also, beware, now you've left Orange you will need to reactivate the Orange email a/c on their website every 219 days. They should send you an email on that a/c warning you and telling you how to do it.

They've been trying to get rid of us for years...

I've just logged on to an abandoned Tiscali account, last used in 2010, to find 5255 messages waiting for me.

I'm amazed that I still have the facility as I stopped paying for my Tiscali account over six years ago.
