How do you like your Banana ?

Not over ripe but not green. Cold with custard (cold or hot depending on mood)

Like the OP I like bananas in all states from slightly green skin to black. If forced to choose, I'd plump for a banana with a black skin and the flesh of the banana just starting to brown. I suspect that's when they're at their sweetest.

I like them not too ripe. Eat them often. But weirdly don't like anything banana flavoured e.g. milkshakes
