I'm 18.5cm below the average for my age, 71, I'll take that though I am working on reducing this by 2 - 3cm.

In fact I'm 2.7cm below the average for 16 - 34 year old. Result! Pretty damning comment on 16 - 34 year old.

I’m 5ft 7 and a 34 inch waist or 170cm and 86cm if you are metric.

My BMI is in the overweight category at the moment at 182lb or 82.5kg so everyone in my age category would be morbidly obese!

I wouldn’t say I am overly chubby, most of my weight is in the gluteus maximus as I do a lot of compound lifts in the gym.

6' 4" never mind the nurses at the Cancer centre telling me i was 6' 3" i am not having it,13st 7lb at last weigh in this week at home and 36" waist.but i am trying to get up to 38" my fighting weight before cancer,i have had to buy two pair of trousers at 36". My others 'ruck' is that the right word.
