29 inches for me.

Those numbers are remarkably and depressingly high for the population across all age groups :-\ Unsurprisingly, 'here' seems an awful lot trimmer!
I've not changed in dimensions since I was twenty: 1.75m / 72cm, or 5'9" / 28"; now 61, and 68kg

As I got older I ended up with a 38 inch waist which is still slim according to the above figures, luckily I managed to get down to a 34 inch waist and almost a 32 at one point. I'm happy with a 34 inch waist given I'm 60. I was between 36 and 38 from around 30yrs to 50 ish.

Bugger. I’m letting the side down. I’m over 65 and wear 34ā€ trousers- although they were tight and I’m eating less to remedy. If I’d known I should be in 42ā€ I wouldn’t have bothered. Who produces this stuff - trouser manufacturers?
