mine is slightly raised by some touring, but only a tiny bit of commuting (2 days a week only for 3 mths total). Lots of triathlon related training though

No idea of an overall mileage as I didn't keep a record until recently. Last year I did 2708 miles in total (but did lose most of April to illness and a lot of May due to the weather). This year is showing a lot more promise so far with 2591 miles to date.

Pretty tame compared to some of you though.

since beginning of 2011, about 29,000km. That was the year my alternative to cycling was the jubilee line to Canary Wharf, so I ramped up the peddlings

I took up the pedaling shortly after moving down to London in Jan '99 and there's only been a handful of missed commutes since then. Commute used to be around a 28 mile round trip but these days it's down to 5 at it's most direct.

I guess my bike's with me 49 out of every 50 times I leave the house (not counting trips to the shop 20 metres away!). I'm lazy so I even use it if I'm going half a mile.

I've always gone for leisure rides but only really done longer stuff (ie more than 50 miles) for the last 7-8 years.

My longest day ride ever was this year and was 144 miles. Other than for a period this year - from sometime in April to sometime in June - I've never logged my rides or owned a mileometer. I haven't got the data in front of me but I think my Garmin logged somewhere between two and three thousand km in that period. I'm bored of attaching it to my bike, uploading the data and re-charging now. It only goes on when I want the mapping.

Since April, hadn't had a bike for 20 years and have just gone over the 1000 mile mark. Hoping to bump it up to 2000 before the year is out.
