Short enough so it doesn't get tangled in your chainI haven’t cut my hair for years. Is down the middle of my back. For work (gardener) and cycling I put it in a man bun or a Viking plait as it is wavy and gets super tangled otherwise.
Long hair is ‘part of me’ so I don’t want to go too crazy*. So how long for a 44 year old with a hair crisis?
*Must suit my beard which I’ve had since birth.
Is it receding/thinning?
If not, just trim the split ends.
