How many commute with a mountain bike?

Mine was an MTB but now it’s just a rugged commuter tank with no gears ….. or freewheel 😳

Just got me thinking..... The origin of that bike was a student loan back in 1991/92. The frame you have there was a warranty replacement after the original cracked when 4 or 5 years old.

It’s still going strong even with all the commuter abuse

Yep mtb for commute it's about 16.5 mile round trip so not too far, comfortable and can take the bumps and tree roots scattered along the track.
