On my list the best looking, the best on a bike* (with four wheels or two wheels) and the funniest would all be the same person - Mickle. ;)

* and the tallest.

That's cos he is the only one I have met.;)

Are you back in Norfolk AH?
I am, until Friday. I got the train to Stowmarket and then cycled up, Uncle James stuck his trike and the dog in the car and drove up.

Tomorrow is Reedham Ferry for a pint and then the Bungay TT in the evening.

Wednesday is Southwold/Walberswick/Dunwich for a little look-see

Thursday... dunno yet.

Friday - home, probably cycling to Norwich and getting the train from there, but if it's a northerly wind then I'll go back to Stowmarket.

Just wrote a good response to this and the wretched PC (I don't like 'em, but that's what's here at this holiday cottage) killed it.

In abridgement:

Best looking = Uncle James
Best on a bike = lots of subcategories here; mile munching = arallsopp, ilovebikes, Aperitif; riding long distance fixed = User1314, User3143, delthebike; lending their pride and joy to Auntie Helen in the full knowledge that she can't go round corners or stop very well = Ianrauk;

Funniest = loads of 'em, although MacBludgeon springs to mind here as well.

An extra category = the most gentlemanly. Most of the chaps qualify for this. Tdr1nka and djtheglove have pushed me up hills before now; delthebike regularly helps me lift my trike over gates/fences/narrow bridges, as do several others; HeartAttack sent me a LOT of chocolate so that is very special...

You're coming to the Godric 10?!?! See you there!
If that's the race starting on a roundabout near Bungay (the chicken roundabout? the one nearer Harleston? a roundabout anyway...) then yes, I am. I shall be there from 6:20pm. If you know more specifically where it is, that might be helpful. Else I might have to cycle around a bit until I happen on a load of cyclists, which might put 'em off!

I am, of course, going to observe a lot of fit men in lycra.

Meet on Earsham Green (A) and start/finish by Hall Rd (;) on map. Slightly further along the A143.
Many thanks! I should be able to find that, despite my blondeness. I'll see you and HeartAttack there, perhaps, and cheer you on from my quiet corner.

And then I will add CycleChatter number 35 to my Little Black Book (HeartAttack, that is; Will1985 has already had the dubious pleasure of a spin on my trike...)

I'm sure you're all lovely people but I haven't met anyone on here I don't know already because I'm an antisocial old sod.

Patrick Pending and I commute the same way but despite lots of potential sightings we've never actually bumped into each other. Every week, another message from Patrick: 'was that you?' Me: 'No, sorry'. or Me: 'I think I saw you!' Patrick: 'naaah...' etc etc ad inifinitum...

I've not met ayone ad I kind of like it that way. I worry that I'll have a moan about everyday life here and someone I know will recognise me so would rather keep it quiet. + I think that some of you guys are awesome and fear being dissapointed by the flesh. Wigsie might not really be a sheep. Comedy pilot might not be either a pilot or be funny. keep it ont net!

What!!!!!! You will be saying things next like Sitting Duck isnt REALLY a duck:ohmy:
And that twenty inch isnt.....oh hang on, scrap that one.....;)
