Say 30 calories per mile. You probably ate at least 3000 more than usual so you'll need to do a 100 miler
The BBC says a Christmas excess today means that the average person consumes 6,000 calories on Christmas day.
FEMAIL lists the 7,000 calories in the average Christmas Day dinner (but most Brits think they only eat HALF that)
The Huffingon Post say's You'll Consume More Than 8,000 Calories This Christmas

Whilst a Calorie burn off will give
"A 150 person cycling a steady pace of 14 mph will burn 48 calories per mile, that same person traveling at 20 mph would burn 56 calories per mile."
Nutistrategy gives a rough idea of how far/how much you'll need to go/do!

For me it will be none, 4lb lighter than what I was 10 days ago, all thanks to this horrible virus. Well I suppose it has one benefit.

Normally it would have been a lot, an awful lot.

Do you have ice tyres? Otherwise riding today could be counter-productive

A seriously frosty few days to come so I will have to do a lot of walking. Over at my folks today for a Boxing day meal. Soup, lasagne, cheesecake, milky coffee and nibbling at chocolates, etc. Got home and had the cheek to make some toasted cheese and have started nibbling my way through a box of Matchmakers. Sometimes I don't know where I put it! Lol
