I'm tempting fate answering, I know.
My everyday hybrid has puncture resist inner tubes and so far has resisted puncturing, I've been riding it pretty much every day for the past 18months or so, only a couple of thousand miles though.
The older, less used, but still as loved apollo has had two punctures on consecutive days in the same tube, but different places, and now has a tendency to go flat after a mile.
The cube has done a few hundred miles and its lovely 29 inch wheels are still intact.

Swapped to M+s about 7 years ago on my hybrid, not had one since in many 1000's of miles of leisure cycling & touring. I have an old steel GT MTB shod with Bell (Asda) City tyres, that does the shopping plus my lad does his paper round on it, 4 miles very day 340+days a year for 3 years, not one!

My road bike has 23mm Continental ultra Sports, 18 months and not one, although every time I take it out I am convinced I'll get one.

none in over 18 months including daily through parkland and country roads as well as the usual main road urban sprawl. I am quite careful about cleaning and picking debris off tyres and rims tho.

I had one on way to work recently, didnt go flat until I got there luckilly. Skived off to change the tube later and found the spare tube I had smugly carried round for about a year had a valve stem too short to go through the deep section wheel:rolleyes:

I think a lot depends on how eagle eyed you are for dodging round glass, nails etc. The dreaded hedge clippings cant be avoided really unless you get off and walk, which I do sometimes if its only a short stretch.

None this year in 7500 miles on Conti GP4000s'. 2 last year in the space of a week on Pro3 Race but both due to spoke hole burrs that caught on the inner side of the tube. I'm a big believer that tyre management with regard to cleaning/checking etc goes a long way.

Got my first today, after just about 430 miles, with the tyres that come standard with my bike: Giant S-X3 700x32mm.

After the 3 hour walk home, I have taken off the wheel but decided I will try and fix/replace it another day:laugh:

I must've had around a record breaking 10 this year! It's usually around 6 a year,in fact i'm going to start recording them again in my rides diary like i've done in other years. On a brighter note i did over 300 miles during my summer holiday in Norfolk without having one puncture. I was pushing my luck as i went miles from base with a spare tube, but without any means of inflating it!

Different bikes, wheels, tyres. Cheap tyres, more expensive tyres, old tyres, new tyres 28C, 25c, 23c. Still get about 6 punctures a year.
On loaded tours, on a variety of surfaces never had a puncture.
