Just curious. I'll start. Mine is 28 pounds with rear rack, fenders (sorry, mudguards) and rear light (but without panniers or barbag). How much is yours?

Given that I 'm hovering around the 90kg mark the weight of the bike is fairly immaterial:ohmy:

Yeah, my bike is probably the heaviest on here ;), I'm really not bothered when my all-up weight is 120kg.

On its own it's 29lb.
With just rear panniers it's around 55lb (I know this cos it had to be weighed in at the airport once)
With full camping load and associated gubbins it's around 70lb (I know this because I have obsessively weighed my extra camping kit)

16kg.

But there again, the frame is XL, of heavy duty 531 and it's fitted with a Rohloff, Schmidt dynamo and S&S couplers.

When I cycled it around Europe last year I was carrying 25kg of luggage.

I didn't break; it didn't break. So I was happy...

My allez is about 24lbs with the rack.

But while it may be light when the back end is loaded it becomes scarily flexy.

My Galaxy is about 16Kg.

Bike+luggage+water=44Kg

Bike unladen+self=95Kg

Self(at end of tour!)=79Kg

luggage=24Kg

My bike is 13% of total touring weight.
Make allowances for accuracy of weighing m/c please.
I could have reduced my luggage weight with just a little thought.

Not wanting to hijack the thread, as well as bike weight I'd be curious to know what others "all up" or total weight is as well.

My bike is 12.5% of my total touring weight.

Don't know and don't care, I can ride it loaded with 2 panniers, tent sleeping bag and mat, up a 1 in 3 hill (Chimney Bank), so it is of no consequence.
Maybe if you knew you'd be able to ride it up a 1 in 2 hill?

(just kidding, I'm impressed with a 1 in 3 :becool: )
