How not to sell or how to sell more parts/service

Was looking at a bike for SWMBO and ended up watching a product promo. There were a couple of nice on bike action shots of the drivetrain. Oddly the chain looked a little strained....

The video cap shows it all Now I'm sure we've all done this for a period of time but surely if you're making a video you take the time to script your material so you don't end up with mistakes being shown to one and all?

Yes, there weren't that many close-ups of the drive train but what there were showed a tortured chain

I see loads cross chain and then then complain when their rear mech or hanger snaps
