Another unrelated forum I use has a swear filter. This automatically changes naughty words into other less offensive words. For instance B4ST4RD automatically becomes "Buxton the Blue Cat" The 'f' word becomes "Spindle Whorl". Maybe the Mods could add some obscure cycling related words that are translated automatically so that the potty mouths can use their naughty words as they please!

to go back to the OP. You start with a few lines of verse. Somebody responds with a few more lines of verse. There's a brief flurry or allusion, metaphor and simile grounded in tactile things, with much mention of curves, breath, softness and the occasional bit of hardness. There's some staccatto exchanging of short sentences, then a lot, and I mean a lot, of punctuation. After that there's some gentle correcting of grammar and spelling, and fond farewells, with promises that are rarely kept.
