I used to have a Selle Italia, bloody horrible thing,....

Swapped to a Specialized thingy with one of them holes in the middle..... My bum woes are over....

Selle Italia saddles have holes in don't they?
Never got on with Spesh saddles, hence the Selle SMP's.

Nah mine was solid, mind you its a fair few years old.

Just checked, they have a range of both.

100kg - that's heavy. As ColinJ has suggested shedding the pounds is the solution.

Call me old fashioned but you might want to have a look at san Marco's Concor or Italia's turbo, I have a feeling that many of the new breed of saddles are designed for the same people as Castelli design for.
