Besides which, I'm not sure another triangular warning sign at the side of the road causes any vehicle driver to seriously reduce their speed in preparation to meet what they may encounter in the middle of the road... the worst ones being the 'SLOW- Blind summit" signs on the A68 through County Durham and Northumberland.... where there are also signs warning drivers of the number of serious accidents and fatalities on that short section of road and you still get idiots driving at 60mph+ over the top of the hills where their cars and lorries are unweighted to find tractors, cyclists and heavy farm vehicles, or horses, just the other side often with mud on the road in winter or combines in summer.
