or whatever else I need to do with it...

I have some Rockshox Tora forks on my bike, now every bike shop I asked that question (yes, bonj, don't start) has always told me not to do anything to the fork apart from wiping dirt of the stanchions, if anything bigger needed doing it would be easier to just send it off... However, in a bored moment of reading through my bike owner handbook, I found that it lists lubing the suspension fork as a weekly task (but does not clarify how/where). A further look at another bike book reveals that you have to be very careful what kind of lube you use as some can ruin the seals or something.

Now, I am confused - should I lube it weekly? If so, what with and where exactly???

That sounds like an excellent idea, however, I gather from your reply I should be lubing it, which is a bit worrying as I haven't...
