how to use trek warrranty

i bought trek emonda s6 last year september.
and my free hub body of rear ture has gone.
does it cover under warranty,, if so, can evans process the trek warranty.. as i have purchased through them.

Have you tried contacting Evans yet? That'd be my first port of call....

Best way to use a Trek warranty is to light your barbeque with it. Having said that, your contract is with Evans, not Trek.

I always bought TREK for years but moved over to Koga. I thought TREK build quality was going down. Maybe I was right.

i got it the rear wheel replaced by trek.
evans were initially reluctant for that and was just repairing free body hub. But then i called trek directly and they sorted out everything for me.
excellent CC from Trek but poor and musleading advice from Evans as usual.
