Hydration pack problem

Hi all

Recently bought one of these from EBS:

The lid thingy that you pour water into is stuck shut! Only used it a few times.

Anyone come across this sort of problem before? Any ideas how to sort it?

Mine has a large screw cap with a coarse thread, it can become cross threaded if you're not careful.

Also these things are not designed for sugary drinks, the sugar can really stick things up.

You can buy the bladders separately for about £10 at Sports Direct and Decathlon

Mine's only had water in so maybe it's cross-threaded? Might have to pop over to Decathlon then...
