It is as though certain people have firstly no sense of danger and secondly a complete inability to learn from experience.
If we're talking about the video. Up to second 20 we see the guy charging ahead, going up the inside of a lorry & nearly gets crushed only to be seen safe & crucially behind the truck. At second 34 we see the same cyclist then dive up the inside of the HGV that had a good go & crushing him again

It was all part of the same incident. That's like saying someone was unlucky for falling off a ladder but bloody stupid for deciding to hit the ground at speed.
