I haven't got the perfect route, but my brain will explode if I try to plot any further.

Forecast for the next two weeks (covering my first week) is pretty good. Bone dry in John O'Groats but it is 3+ weeks till I am there!

Quite a journey , I have just looked on your blog , good choice of bike , a friend of mine bought one for a trip around France , I’ll keep my eye on the blog page. I’m planning a bikepacking trip but not quite as epic as yours !

Hope route goes well. Have you shared (roughly) where you plan to complete your first few days? Assume your plan is for 80km per day (ish). So Tuesday night on edge of Dartmoor (NB good pub in Bridestow) and Wednesday night near Wiveliscombe? Or will you plan shorter days given the climbing in Cornwall and Devon, in which case Crediton on the Wednesday night?
