Top gear ..150 million loss..bake off ? X Million..we will be paying for this in the licence fee soon enough , its time the beeb became a business and made its money rather than taking it
I only heard of this show because of the media hype surrounding some Bangladeshi bird winning it..
Slightly OT, but do you wear a gold medallion?Yeah, that's her.
The one that Channel 4 had her travel to Bangladesh.
A kind of "back to my roots" thing.
If it was a white chick from Dartford, there would have been no documentary
Go on admit it, the smell of Hai Karate has made your knees all wobbly.Slightly OT, but do you wear a gold medallion?
They've heard of it, they're just trying to be edgy. Middle aged cyclists trying to be edgyThis forum really isn't very representative of society given the number of people claiming to never heard of Bake Off
Excellent!I'd have thought it's a long time since you'd seen anything of fanny?
Bollocks .... Cakes are inextricably linked to cycling, Bake-Off is like watching a documentary about how Porn movies are made for a cyclist ....This forum really isn't very representative of society given the number of people claiming to never heard of Bake Off. The programme is watched by around 10m people week in, week out. Im the only one in my house who doesnt watch it. The simplicity of the format is what appeals and I think the BBC is the only channel which would have commissioned it originally due to this simplicity and lack of pomp.
Probably a cheap gold plate one from Argos...
Im not sure what part of my post is supposed to be bollox, or that saying it was bollox was really necessary.Bollocks .... Cakes are inextricably linked to cycling, Bake-Off is like watching a documentary about how Porn movies are made for a cyclist ....
And you watch programmes about road- building, too, do you?Read the previous posts in this thread and you will find numerous claiming to not know what Bake Off is and I find this hard to fathom on a cycling forum.
But hey ho.
Sorry .... would it have helped if I'd added aIm not sure what part of my post is supposed to be bollox, or that saying it was bollox was really necessary.
Just to be clear, I agree that cakes and cycling are inextricably linked, my waist line suggests they maybe too closely linked, that was sort of my point.
