Update. I didn't feel like breakfast this morning as I felt a bit orf colour. Normally I eat breakfast without excpetion. So instead I had about 3/4 litre of tap water before I set out for work. I wasn't too hungry all morning. Come lunch time 1:30pm I was ravenous. Eating soup, 3 wholemeal rolls with houmous dip and a small pot of pasta with roasted veg with honey and mustard dressing, standing up didn't help. I had to stand up as an ugly blob bint of a colleague who I hate and she in return hates me wouldn't vacate the table in the rest room which meant I could not sit down for lunch. She is a spy as well, the sort of snake who tells everyone what you have said so she can't be trusted at all. So I didn't say anything to her. I was out of there in 15, so for the rest of my break I spent walking quickly across town and back to an LBS. Come home time I felt a little lethargic but got going eventually. I think yet more rain and a very strong headwind was the reason for my lethargy rather than my gluttony the previous afternoon and evening.
Anyway once back at the car at 8pm, I quickly put the bike inside, whilst subconsciously deciding I would stop by the Co_Op on the way home to check out the crisp situation. I bought 2 big bags as there was a rude to not accept BOGOF offer on them. So I sat in the car in the car park scoffing 150g of Co-Op Truly Irresistable tomato and paprika crisps which were very nice indeed. I got home, washed hands, then straight into the kitchen to boil some pasta as I had decided noooooooo indescriminate grazing like last night. How ever what to do with 15 minutes watching your pasta cook and you are burning up with hunger? The next thing I knew I was chewing on a large bowl of muesli, brown sugar and cold milk ............mmmmmm. Then a banana followed by some red grapes and a clementine. Four more Vitality Yoplait strawberry drinks, a hot cross bun, some granola, a wholemeal bread roll with butter and marmite, more museli, then my pasta was done. Poured on the sauce and within 3 minutes I had eaten the lot. For desert I had 3 more of the luxury Thorntonesque choclits (box is almost empty now).
I don't feel any fatter after two days of gluttony. I cannot eat another thing not even a wafer mint.
