I am self employed because I am unemployable. I couldn't possibly have a boss or take orders or meet targets, the thought of having to be somewhere at a specific time, against my will or inclination, like "work", feels me with dread. Sometimes I have horrible dreams about "work" but "work" was 30 years ago, it must still, deep inside, disturb me. I keep waiting for everything to go wrong and have to return to "work", I think that is what causes the bad dreams.
