Love the heat, but the other side is, hate the cold.
Ive seen me haring along for 50 miles in 30 degrees and loving it. So soaked in sweat once I stopped I couldnt get my gear off.
Conversely, the slightest whiff of 10 degrees C and I feel cold, overdress for the bike then overheat.

Love the heat, but waited until late afternoon today.... My consultant said getting sunburn after full body irradiation last year might not be a good idea lol....... 50k and feeling good. :sun:

It's only when the temp sits around the 30s for a while and then breaks that I settle into my perfect temp of 25. We were around 23 today with a strong breeze and even climbing I never felt overwarmed up. I'd still turn the thermostat up.

It's very nice to cycle in a short sleeved jersey without a thermal t shirt underneath and wear summer mitts instead of thermal gloves. The only slight problem i have with warm weather riding is that my knees swell a little with the heat but i'm not complaining.

Some of us dream of riding in cool 23c weather.
Aye, was hotter than the face of the sun today! Car indicated 100F on the way home from work. Average speed takes a beating this time of year.

Another lover of the heat here; but for cycling there is a comfort zone. Below 10C, too cold; above 35C, too hot. 20C is just about perfect.

Don't like hot

Loads of big, long hills here. Doing 8mph for 20 minutes up a hill and the sweat is dripping off me. Max effort so I generate a lot of heat, too slow to get the evaporation going. Hydration becomes an issue, can't carry enough water for more than a couple of hours so I have to plan where to get some more.On a flat ride it's very nice but in the hills I find those mild, 12 degrees days with little wind just about perfect. Off for a ride this morning, this afternoon will be too hot for hard, hilly riding
