With a few rooms and new carpets, I do, but this was a big free offcut that just fitted our small bedroom / office.Pay some one to do it then
It's 'proper' carpet, not foam backed, with AirTread underlay. I used the existing gripper rods and managed to not leave any bits of flesh on the barbs!!How are you fitting it? Perimeter stick down, fully stuck, on gripper with underlay?
Is it woven or tufted? Are you using felt paper if on floor boards?
Is it you who wears a rug?I like tearing up a rug![]()
Yep - gotta get the moans and groans in. Otherwise you'll get treated like a door mat that you laid incorrectlybut well worth me moaning about it!
.....or a syrup? Is it you who wears a rug?![]()
I'll have you know that it's not a syrup - its a Roger Moore premium range Simon Templar technical hair replacement accessory......or a syrup?
Single curved blade is better. The curved blade doesn't lift the as a straight one.I showed our carpet fitter stop he did not know but has used since, a multi tool with a fine blade is great for cutting a nice straight line in carpets.
