in the UK you've had your fill of windy days recently but today was the first serious blowing we've had in this part of China. 50 Km this morning was very hard work but I did feel a glow of satisfaction when it was all over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did a fast 22 miles on the MTB just a short while ago.
By then the snow had all but melted. The country lanes were full of dirty brown puddles (some hoooooge ones too) and so myself and the bike (I dont use mudguards) were covered in no time. ...great fun.

Felt ace today...last nights blitz on the turbo really showed up when climbing.
The headwind on the way home wasn't as bad as Friday's.
