The Costa Clyde rain magnet.
It's probably me, but all I see is your month to date and recent achievements.
....Which won't show much ... I now have Strava rides kept "private" as the default setting. So unless it needs to be public (e.g. for the metric century monthly challenge on here) then they won't show. Millport must have slipped through... But the Moffat one was from years ago so not sure why the link isn't working.

I tried to copy a link for the metric half century, but just gave up eventually. Everything is fine when it works first time.

Almost identical to my P6, except mine was a '71 and had a vinyl roof. That was tax exempt too, which was just as well because after paying for the fuel the kitty was bare.
Rover V8s have a special place in my heart. Essentially a boat engine, with bits rearranged to make it fit in a car, loads of them as well.

Brave man to go twisty in one of those. The brakes are truly shite, when they give up, you’re jiggered.

Any car will handle and / or brake badly if there are faults or play in joints or whatever. My mate's one was scruffy, but was quite quick and felt like it was on rails round the bends. Brakes seemed fine, although I wasn't hard on the brakes, which were discs all round after all. I've never heard anyone comment badly on the P6 handling, or brakes, so there really must have been problems with your one. Or are you thinking of a different car altogether ?

What the P6 ? I thought it handled very well indeed in my (admittedly short) drive on twisty roads in one
I was thinking of a different car altogether, the P6 was a bit before my time.

Perhaps racingroadkill thinks this is a P6 Rover:

You should raise the fact that road damage is directly proportional to the fourth power of the axel weight. Let him agree to that then do some calculations for a bike and a car / lorry etc.

Oh those non retractable wing mirrors are just asking to be booted off! Go and do it:secret:. Only joking of course.;)

No need to knock them off - the thing to do is just adjust them slightly each time you pass. They're that far away from the drivers seat that they're an absolute PITA to line up again unless you've got assistance and if only moved slightly out of line no-one can tell until they go to use them...so I've been told anyway...

Nope, the P6 brakes faded to useless if you worked them at all hard. It took ages for them to cool down, if you over heated them, and they tended to glaze pads for fun.
