Ok so recently i have broke my derailleur that goes. On my bike, i have been searching for a new 1 and i can never find exactly what i need. My derailleur is a "SHIMANO RD-tz30. I was wonder if anybody has some suggestions of derailleurs that will work for my bik

Forget about trying to match items with manufacturers part numbers. All that matters is the component will physically fit on the bike and function. It doesn't even need to be the same make of part either. For rear sprockets within the "normal" range of sizes, a rear mech is pretty much a rear mech and anything will work.
For those with dinner plate sized rear gears, any random mech won't do, but then if you can afford to pay £80 for a cassette, then you can also afford to pay through the nose for a fancy high capacity rear mech......
