It's a sort of catch-22 - you need good content to attract new members, but without members it's a stuggle to get content - and you're right, if there's nothing there to encourage you to post you simply don't.

I think it's just going to have to be a slow process until I can get either the time or the funding to give them all a kick-start. Anything anyone can do in the meantime to add fodder would be most welcome.

I'll hammer the entertainment one for you, but from sorry to say,I can only really do this from a music angle. Well see what I can do in the tech one for you, it again, it will be very centred around electronic music performance, sound reproduction (speakers) and music production software!

Create me a music technology section, and I'm all over it :-) I can flog something like that on my twitter account....

On the photo front, I tried. But the last time anybody posted there was May 22 and that was in response to one of mine. The time before that was at least another week earlier. I still check in whenever I drop by CC, but I pretty much have given up on that one.

To be honest I had the intent to contribute towards the photo one, but any questions I have had get answered by referring to previous posts on the main Pentax forum and I can as easly avoid RAW vs JPG there as helmet stuff here.

In all honesty, I've let my enthusiasm get away with me and created more forums than I can reasonably grow with the free time I have available (at the moment); so until I can get things worked out and get full-time hours to dedicate to the new sites, I think I'm just going to have to take a blinkered approach and work on one or two of them until they start to grow naturally, and then move onto the others.

We'll get there - it's just going to take a bit longer than I'd anticipated, sorry guys ... but thanks to all of you who are helping where you can - it's definitely appreciated.
