In being a responsible adult, you have to sometimes accept that the parents may give you a piece of their mind! But that should never stop us doing our bit as you did.
I remember some 30+ years ago driving to work at RAF Brawdy in South West Wales. As you approach the base on the A487 I saw a young lad running across the road and just missing the car in front. The driver got out and had a word with what turned out to be the Father who was leaning on a gate talking to someone. This is in the middle of nowhere by the way.
It turned out a number of people had stopped to talk to the Father that morning and every one of them was told in no uncertain terms to 'f' off and mind their own business. The inevitable happened and the lad who was 'playing' chicken with the traffic, was knocked over and killed! All I can remember is the Father was charged and convicted with something like neglect. Cannot remember exactly.

I think it'd be nice if you removed the vid as it's perhaps a bit unfair that the parents house could be easily found from an internet search.
