I spy a sterotype

On a country lane, this afternoon, and approaching temporary traffic lights. (A twenty metre length of road has slipped into the ditch.) They turn green as I near. As I begin to go through, a car coming in the other direction barely slows as he pulls over to the grass verge on his side. I realise it is his intention to sneak through on red because, presumably, he thinks it's perfectly okay as this is a country road, it's not busy and, hey, I'm just a cyclist. I don't move from primary. He stops. He glares. I note the make of car. BMW.

I tend to go with Top Gear on this one, Audi drivers have taken over from BMW ones. If I am having car trouble on my commute home it'll be one of three things

1 - An Audi
2 - A tiny Japanese thing, probably an Aygo
3 - I've reached farking Swanley and all bets are off.

Was this on the road between Tuddenham and Grundisburgh?

I may confess to having intended to bust a red there once or twice, but it has changed for me each time, in time for me to go through on green.
