There's me trying to be Mr Perfect cyclist again and there I found out by falling on my posterior.I now have many aches and pains for my next commute.For ten years I cut across that rounderbout with no probs but when there was some ooh's and aah's I decided to do it the right was as it's a crime punishable by death.

Oooh, and now I'm feeling quite good about not saying a word about Terminator's cut across the roundabout video, perhaps because I would have done the same!
