I think there may be something wrong with my Lezyne GPS

I required a firware update and it connected to my PC faultlessly and updated it's firmware first time without issue. This never happened with my Garmin GPS is there something wrong with it?

could well have been a pebcak error or a layer 8 issue as it is sometimes called

Same flawless running with my Wahoo Elemnt.

I miss the stress training my Garmin used to provide for free. I also miss the bit where Garmin wouldn’t let you ease into any false sense of security that you may never get lost. Garmin are great because owners will always have to support the paper map industry. Smashing.

I updated my etrex 20 once. Jeez what a nightmare.
I ended up finding earlier software on a wiki kind of site and installing it's original software.
It's been fine since...or at least as fine as a garmin can be.

I was having a problem with my Lezyne Super. Files were reading as 'empty file' when uploaded. Deleted all records off the unit and that cleared up the problem. What happens is the memory gets full, starts overwriting old files, then screws up. Apparently this is a problem with Garmin as well

I've updated my etrx 20 a few times using the Garmin software. Never had a problem.
