on my back that says "rider recovering from illness so not riding at usual pace" to prevent the rude numpties who thinks it's cool to pass me as if they've just won a race without so much as a hello or anything.

revenge will be mine when i'm back to full fitness, and give mr expensive bike a shock on my old steeler with mudguards !

Now are you getting burnt off on a road bike.....

Commute on a heavy mtb, with mudguards and rucksack - I do that and outrun loads of road bikes..... but if you aren't 100%, you are riding an MTB so it doesn't matter.....
