Here for rides.
Move (further) south, deeper into West Sussex! Had a wonderful ride today as you'll see on Facebook. Of course, we did go out quite early, leaving Bognor at 7.30am and reaching Goodwood just after 9am. Had a splendid breakfast, struck up a conversation with a solo lady cyclist from Felpham (about my age/level/skills/speed - new cycling buddy? Yay!) who showed us a fantastic route back home. Back by midday. Not a lot of traffic on the roads but what there was was invariably polite and patient and gave us lots of space, including a number of white van drivers. We were both gobsmacked and appreciative - lots of friendly waves. (Maybe Easter is the real season of goodwill? Nah.....)
So far south and west it is almost Hampshire. Went for a two hour walk y'day from a pub in Rudgwick, didn't see another soul for 1:50.

It's a bit more complicated than that...

It's a part of the world for walking. Because of the terrain there are relatively few roads for the number of people, so the ones there are are over-used. North of London, there are fewer people and more roads, so much less traffic on the roads.
