Sorry about the lack of input from myself about the jersey relay:blush:

As you are mostly aware I had an operation on my back in January. All was going well, so just near the end of April I started running again, to get fitter and get ready for some events coming up. However, I started getting a few problems, most notably my right foot going completely numb and all my toes "cramping" up under my foot and not coming straight again:ohmy: I was admitted for an emergency scan, and have been told that this is how it will be from now on, maybe getting a little better eventually, maybe not. Oh and I had such promise;)

So, consequently, I have been more than a little pissed off, and not really felt like to contributing very much. I have now got a grip, and would like to apologise for holding up the relay for so long. Maybe a Bristol handover could be arranged in the near future!
