I carry a phone with the usual phonebook, but also carry an id card in case the phone is damaged at the same time as myself.
It is an important point as a cyclist was knocked down and killed in my area a few years ago and it took the police 4 days to identify him as he wasn't carrying any form of ID. I presume he lived alone and wasn't reported missing for a few days.
