Yep, think you might be right. This pic from the same race is definitely Theuns - I didn't think it was the same rider but could just be the different expressions that's putting me off...

Pretend you are in CSI and blow it up really big and compare the mud spots on the down tubes in the two pictures.

The mud splash right of the T looks the same shape.

Look under his jersey. The heart rate monitor strap and bib shorts are identical, the ear piece and sun glasses are the same.
It is almost definitely the same person.

Yes, the wire from his radio under his jersey definitely looks the same.

I thought about his glasses but all his team-mates are wearing the same ones so that doesn't help.
