If Bkool says it hasn't uploaded...

Just had my first problem with a ride apparently not saving on Bkool. I got a message after clicking "Save" that the ride had not uploaded. Is that it, gone for ever? or may it turn up somewhere, or can Bkool possibly find it if I contact them. Not best pleased at the moment.

I guess it should come as no surprise given all the complaints about this kind of thing.

You should be able to go to the Bkool folder on your computer and retrieve the file from there and do a manual upload

Shut down bkool, restart Bsim, if its still there it will upload. Also you can manually check by looking in 'about'

Thanks guys. restart of BSIM seemed to kick it into life... panic over
It was the original message after hitting Save that spooked me..... cheers
