If I were to open a bike shop in the UK then all of you would have to leave your shoes and wet clothes outside and put on a pair of disposable gloves - I am not having anyone put their mucky paw prints on any of my bikes!
On a serious note, I would open not so much as an LBS but a complete cycling experience. Situated a few hours outside Bangkok, it would have sales & rentals, cheap & cheerful guest house, internet cafe, MTB course behind and cycle tours - now to find either a very rich relative or the winning numbers!
