Mediator, like Reynard. I hope everybody reads all the different parts of that questionnaire and the observations. Pretty interesting. Here is one that definitely struck true with me… “Mediators share a belief that two people can come together in a relationship and make each other better and happier than they were before.” I have definitely found that to be true in romantic relationships (20 yrs. happily married) and with just regular friendships as well. :-)
