I might be wrong, but I think the relative nutritional benefits of different types of fly have been discussed on this forum before

I'm not mad on the heat of summer - this time of year, with this lovely weather we've been having is right up my street. I could live in perpetual spring quite happily! Everything seems fresh and full of potential and promise. Not too hot, not too cold...... good cycling weather..... love it!
