Hey Geoff !! Good Luck on your route. I statrted the trip last April, but because of the crazy weather last winter, I got stopped at Moortown in Somerset by the Police who were redirecting me to Glastonbury -18 miles the wronge way off of my course - and who wouldn't grant me an escort through the town - it was deserted because of the floods
BUT .... I'm planning my retake for next March/April or even May !! I'm currently regaianing my cycling juices and recharging my enthusiasum ... Good Luck for May 1st Hun, on that day I shall be starting my fitness campaign to loss 2 stone and get fit and get back into cycling around my beloved county of Devon Have fun, enjoy the journey and stay safe !!

Hi Mike,
Be good if you could.
Probably the 19th. Hoping to wild camp S of Carlisle at a secret location on the night of 18th, then riding through Carlisle next day and on towards Gretna and Annan. Course, that might change along the way.
